Photobari vs Pixieset
Pixieset is the all-in-one platform for photographers: client galleries plus a website builder, a store, a CRM, and since March 2026 an AI photo editor. If you want one subscription that runs the whole studio, it's a serious choice. Photobari is the opposite bet: galleries only, at a price you can forget about.

Pick Pixieset if
- You want a website, contracts, invoicing and a print store from one vendor.
- You sell prints through the gallery and want a lab wired in.
- You need 100 GB+ and unlimited plans.
Pick Photobari if
- You already have a website and just need to deliver shoots.
- You deliver a few weddings a year and $96 for 10 GB feels like renting.
- You want clients to keep their gallery even if you cancel.
If galleries are one feature among ten you'll use, Pixieset. If galleries are the whole job, Photobari costs a third as much for more storage.
