For delivering finished work

Delivering a shoot to a client

The moment a client opens your gallery is the last impression your work makes. It should not be the moment they are asked to create an account.

What usually goes wrong at delivery

You finish an edit you are proud of, upload it, and send the link. Your client opens it on a phone, is asked to make an account, gives up, and emails you asking if you can just send the photos. Or they do get in, and what they see is a downscaled preview that makes your work look softer than it is.

The delivery step is where a lot of galleries quietly work against the photographer: a sign-up wall that exists to collect the client's email for the platform, a mobile viewer that serves a heavily compressed image, a storefront bolted on that takes a cut of anything the client buys.

A link that just opens

No account, no email capture, no app. Your client taps the link and sees the photographs. If you want the gallery private, you can put a password or PIN on it. That is your choice to make, not a default that harvests their address.

Full resolution, including on phones

Every screen gets a visually lossless image up to 2560px, and one tap downloads the untouched original. There is no separate, quietly-compressed mobile viewer.

Download the set, not one file at a time

A client can take the whole album as a zip rather than long-pressing forty images, which is the request that otherwise comes back to you by email a week later.

Zero commission

On every plan, on anything you ever sell through it. There is no clause further down that walks it back.

Your photographs are never used to train AI

Not on any plan, not as an opt-in default, not for internal models. The site's robots.txt blocks AI training crawlers from every gallery page, and GPS coordinates are never parsed or stored, so where you shot does not leave your machine, even if the file you uploaded still carries it.

Share pages stay out of search

Share links are excluded from search engines and carry no analytics. A private delivery stays a private delivery.

Where Photobari is the wrong tool

If you need a full studio management suite (contracts, invoicing, questionnaires, automated email sequences) Photobari does not do any of that and is not trying to. It is upload, arrange, share.

If your business depends on a print storefront with a fulfilment lab wired in, the dedicated gallery platforms do that properly and Photobari does not. The honest comparisons say so.

The comparisons say where each alternative genuinely wins.

Questions

Do my clients need an account to view a gallery?

No. A Photobari share link opens directly on any device with no sign-up and no email capture. You can optionally protect a gallery with a password or PIN, but a viewer is never required to create an account.

Are the photos compressed when clients view them?

No. Every screen, phones included, is served a visually lossless image up to 2560 pixels, and one tap downloads the untouched original file. There is no separate compressed mobile viewer.

Can a client download the whole gallery at once?

Yes. A client can download an entire album as a zip file rather than saving images one at a time.

Does Photobari take a commission on print or digital sales?

No. Photobari charges zero commission on anything sold through it, on every plan including the free tier.
