Terms, kept short

You own every image you upload, and nothing here transfers that. You grant Photobari only the narrow licence it takes to actually run the service: to store your files, resize them for display, and show them to the people you share them with. That licence exists so galleries can load, and it ends when you delete the photo or your account.

It does not extend to marketing, resale, sublicensing, or training machine-learning models. We will never use your work to promote Photobari without asking you first, in writing, for that specific photo.

You need to be 13 or older, give an accurate email address, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us quickly if you think someone else is in it.

One person or business per account. You can invite viewers to galleries freely, which is the point, but do not share sign-in credentials.

Photos you do not have the rights to. Sexual content involving minors, which we report. Content that harasses or defames a real person, that is illegal where you are, or that exists to deceive someone: phishing pages, fake storefronts, malware disguised as a download.

We would rather not police galleries, and mostly we do not. But we will remove content that breaks these rules and close accounts that do it deliberately.

The free tier is 5 GB, three albums, full-resolution originals and zero commission, and it stays free. Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe; we will email you before any price change touches your account.

If you stop paying, you drop back to the free tier rather than off a cliff. Nothing is deleted while you are within the free tier's limits. If you are over them, we will email you and give you a fair window to export or reduce before anything is removed.

Refunds: if Photobari has not done what it said it would, email us and we will refund you. We would rather return the money than argue about it.

Zero, on every plan, on anything you ever sell through Photobari. There is no clause further down that walks this back.

Photobari is a small service run carefully, not a bank. We aim to be up all the time and we will tell you honestly when we are not, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and the service is provided as-is without warranties beyond those the law will not let us disclaim.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own backups of work that matters. That is good practice with any host, including this one.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your dashboard, without emailing anyone or sitting through a retention flow. Export everything first. The export is full-resolution and always available.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks the upload rules above, or that is being used to attack the service or its users. Except where something is plainly illegal or actively harmful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to get your files out.

If these terms change materially, we will email account holders rather than silently updating this page. Continuing to use Photobari after that is how you accept the new version.
